By customizing your Hostropics email address, you can be in charge of how your emails look to the people that receive them. By doing this, you are able to establish more trust with the people who you are contacting.
In this tutorial, we're going to show you how to add a signature to your Hostropics email address, and also how to change your display settings to boost your overall appearance.
Note: A Hostropics web hosting plan is required for this tutorial.
1) Go to the hostropics.com Client Area by pressing the login button at the top of the page or by visiting https://www.hostropics.com/panel/clientarea.php and log in:

2) Login to your Webmail
3) Once logged in to Roundcube Webmail, Click Settings from the left sidebar.

4) Click Identities then select the email address that you would like to edit.
In this example, we are selecting john@example.com

5) Enter your preferred settings and click Save once you're finished.
Here's a breakdown of what each setting is for:
Display name: What appears as your name in the recipient's email program when you send a message.
Email: Address that is listed as the sender of the email messages you send. It is important that you enter a valid Roundcube email address. Invalid addresses may prevent messages from being sent.
Organization: The organization field may appear in some email programs when you send them an email with this information filled in.
Reply-to: Allows you to force recipients to reply to an alternate address instead of the original email address.
Bcc: Allows you to specify an email address that will receive blind copies of any message you send using this identity.
Set default: Whenever you create a new message, these settings will be selected by default. If you have multiple identities created, you can still choose another identity when you compose a new message.
Signature: When you start writing a new email message, this text will be added to the bottom of your email content. In the signature box, there's a toggle to either use a text editor or HTML when adding your content.

Congratulations! You've just customized your email address with new display settings and a signature.
